Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a Facilities Administrator to join our team in the heart of Glasgow.
The Role
As a Facilities Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our building services and support for our engineering team. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and scheduling reactive and planned maintenance visits for engineers

Coordinating and managing sub-contractors on site
*
Reviewing, processing, and managing sub-contractor RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
*
Supporting the wider facilities team with general administration and compliance
What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
*
Excellent communication skills to liaise with engineers, contractors, and colleagues
*
Previous experience in facilities administration, scheduling, or contractor management is desirable
*
Proactive attitude with a commitment to high standards of safety and compliance
