Assembly Technician - 6 months - Ware
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assembly Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and/or electrical assembly, with the ability to read technical drawings, build and test components, and ensure all finished products meet stringent quality and safety standards.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and fixing faults during the assembly process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
* Perform functional testing on completed assemblies to ensure proper operation.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults as necessary.
* Replace defective or faulty components with accuracy and care.
* Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
* Perform basic maintenance on equipment and assembly tools.
