Overview
We are seeking an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join a major engineering organisation\'s Facilities Management & Real Estate team in Broughton. The role supports a safe, compliant, and inclusive workplace while overseeing EHS across facilities, construction, and maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
* Support FMRE operations, ensuring effective risk management and compliance with all safety regulations.
* Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews of contractor safety systems.
* Provide competent advice for projects in line with CDM Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
* Lead investigations, implement corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture.
Experience & Qualifications
* NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) or equivalent.
* Background in Facilities Management, Construction, or Real Estate environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and auditing skills.
* Knowledge of CDM and workplace safety legislation.
* IOSH membership desirable.
