Role: Nursery Practitioner - Level 2
Salary: £26,292.20 per annum (£12.64 per hour)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round

Your Role as Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources tailored to children's age and development.
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
* Build and maintain professional relationships, reporting any concerns to management as per company policy.
* Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.
What We Are Looking For
To be a part of our team, you should have:
* Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
* Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
* Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
