Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Design and Technology Teacher lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. Develop students' skills in designing, making, and evaluating products, using a range of materials and technologies. Foster a supportive and creative learning environment that encourages experimentation and innovation. Assess and monitor student progress in Design and Technology, providing constructive feedback to support their development as designers and makers. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Design and Technology or a closely related subject. Demonstrated experience teaching Design and Technology Teacher lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4. A strong understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and relevant technologies.
