Working within the Transformation Office, you’ll deliver clear, engaging communications across multiple channels, supporting leaders to articulate their vision and helping colleagues understand, engage with, and adopt change. Beyond communications, you’ll also have the chance to lead on broader change initiatives such as training, user adoption, and reward and recognition, tailoring your focus to your interests and career goals.

Key responsibilities
* Deliver internal communications aligned to the transformation strategy
* Create high‑quality content across channels (email, intranet, newsletters, townhalls, video, in‑person)
* Translate complex programme activity into clear, audience‑focused messaging
* Plan and deliver engagement and two‑way communication activitiesPartner with stakeholders to refine messaging and ensure accuracy
* Track effectiveness and continuously improve communications
* Support and lead programme‑level change initiatives (e.g. training, adoption, reward)
* Experience in internal or change communications (or change management)
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity
* Experience managing content across internal channels
* Confident stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
* Exposure to transformation or large‑scale change (desirable)
