My client are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Team Lead to provide management and hands-on development and support leadership expertise to a small, dedicated MS Dynamics team.The successful applicant will have a strong background of leading Dynamics support and development teams creating new Dynamics products and supporting a complex MS Dynamics environment. Some Architect level experience would be highly advantageous, with the ability to act as an SME for Governance within the team.This role will involve working alongside a third party supplier for some development and support. Therefore, strong supplier management and business-side advocacy experience is essential, taking ownership for the quality assurance of third party outputs.Other tasks will involve road mapping for new Dynamics-based products and fostering an environment of Continuous Improvement including a focus on continuous enhancements.
