You’ll work with health professionals and community partners to deliver impactful interventions, raise awareness, and reduce fall related risks and injuries. Key Responsibilities: To assist the Group Health & Fitness Manager in the implementation, co ordination and delivery of the Falls Prevention programme within three leisure centres and community venues in Thurrock.
