Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Oracle Techno-Functional Applications Specialist with deep experience in Oracle Billing to support and enhance our billing landscape. You will play a key role in requirement gathering, functional development, system integration, and ongoing support of the billing platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and analyse business requirements related to billing processes
* Design and deliver functional changes within Oracle Billing
* Support and contribute to the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) roadmap
* Provide application support for the Billing platform (BAU & enhancements)
* Collaborate with internal development teams to build interfaces with legacy systems
* Participate in testing activities, including SIT/UAT
* Support training and knowledge transfer to business and support teams
Required Skills & Experience
1. Strong end-to-end Oracle Billing implementation experience
