An excellent opportunity to join our client at their Head Office in Bracknell as a New Homes Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will work with all CGEAL departments in order to drive market share, revenue and profits from New Homes Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To take responsibility for all CGEAL New Homes (NH) sales sites and clients
2. To secure new instructions for the division in line with approved fee and service structures.
3. To be responsible for the process of bringing sites to market effectively to include all aspects of marketing sites, working within budgets agreed
4. To work closely with the Administration and Marketing Teams on the design of all related branded marketing material to agreed budgets and to ensure that CGEAL are compliant in all matters related to NH sales
5. Responsibility for Client management of all NH site clients as the first point of contact for all matter related to the marketing and sales activity NH sites
6. Oversee NH site activities & marketing to ensure the a strong reputation of the site, client and company
7. Work with SST (centralised Sales Progression team) to help drive the conversion and speed of the sales pipeline to exchanges by ensuring clients are fully prepared and that quick exchange target dates are set for all deals
8. Increase our penetration and market share of the NH sales market by targeting developers
