Attention all Electrical Design Engineers! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a well-established building services consultancy in a 6-month contract position. This role is based in Princes Risborough, with flexible remote working available, although you must be able to attend the office when required. This is a great opportunity to work on residential projects, contributing to stages 3-5 design and working closely with both clients and internal teams. Competitive hourly rate ranging from £40-45 LTD (£46-51 umbrella equivalent). 6-month contract with potential extension. Flexible working with occasional office visits. Key Responsibilities: Deliver electrical design for residential building services projects. Develop designs across RIBA stages 3-5. Produce technical drawings, calculations, and specifications. Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary design teams. Support project delivery to programme and quality standards. What we are looking for: Previous experience working as an Electrical Design Engineer within building services / MEP. Experience delivering electrical design across RIBA stages 3-5. Strong understanding of building services design principles. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams. Desirable: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering. Experience working on residential projects. Working towards Chartership (IET or similar).
