Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Independently lead client engagements to understand investment needs, provide high-level service expertise, and run client meetings.
2. Cultivate and execute cross-sell opportunities, partnering with Business Development Managers to analyse client portfolios and attend portfolio reviews.
3. Develop a deep understanding of the industry, market, and client marketplace, including regulatory, accounting, tax, and asset allocation considerations.
4. Manage client expectations, develop team members, and demonstrate leadership skills.
5. Work closely with subject matter experts, partner with other functional areas, and liaise with internal parties to ensure compliance and address client issues.
6. Think strategically on firm-wide projects related to the growth and development of the business.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong academic background; relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA) are advantageous.
* 7+ years of relevant professional experience in building and managing client relationships. Experience in the Wealth/Sub-Advisory channel is beneficial.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to operate calmly under pressure.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Outlook.
* Fluency in English and a second European language is preferred.
