We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our match day and non-match day hospitality services. What We're Looking For:
1. Coordinate with the Box Host and Hostess at FFC Event and Fulham Pier Sales teams to deliver the daily and match day briefings to the FOH team. Ensure that all briefings and match-by-match training are signed off and returned to the General Manager.
2. Complete all necessary paperwork, including Match Day and Everyday Feedback forms, staffing timesheets, Star of the Match nominations, and cleaning check sheets.
3. Oversee and manage bar operations, ensuring drinks service adheres to the agreed package and investigating any discrepancies with stock.
4. Ensure the aesthetic setup and staffing standards of boxes or event spaces are maintained before opening to guests.
5. Meet and greet clients on arrival and conduct satisfaction checks throughout the lounge's operating hours.
6. Report service standards, maintenance, and health and safety issues promptly to the General Manager.
7. Provide on-the-job training to all hospitality staff, covering areas such as box, event space, and kitchen familiarization; health and safety; emergency procedures; customer service; lounge service; COSHH; licensing. Submit completed documentation to the General Manager.
8. Conduct induction buddy training for new starters and agency staff, providing necessary documentation to the General Manager.
9. Prioritize safety and well-being of all Sodexo employees under your supervision.
What You'll Bring:
