Position Summary – Chef de Partie (Breakfast)
As a Bar Supervisor, you will support the Bar Manager in leading the day‑to‑day operations of Booking Office 1869, ensuring exceptional service, consistent beverage standards, and a memorable guest experience. You will oversee the bar team during service, maintain product quality, and uphold brand standards with a hands‑on, guest‑focused approach. This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent beverage knowledge, and a commitment to delivering premium service while supporting team development and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise bar operations and ensure smooth service across all shifts.
2. Maintain the quality, consistency, and presentation of beverages in line with brand expectations.
3. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
4. Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering, and wastage to meet beverage cost targets
5. Support the Bar Manager in achieving financial objectives, including revenue goals and service‑charge performance
6. Drive sales through upselling, strong product knowledge, and participation in promotional initiatives.
7. Contribute to menu development, seasonal offerings, and cocktail innovation
8. Ensure mise en place bar is cleaned and equipped with readiness and are consistently maintained
9. Coach junior associates, support skill development, and promote a positive team culture aligned with hotel values.
10. Maintain accurate cash handling, till operations, and shift reporting in line with financial procedures.
11. Lead by example on the bar, demonstrating strong guest engagement, upselling, and brand storytelling.
