As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our SmartCare customer communication while the vehicle is undergoing maintenance and repair in our network centresWhat Will I Be DoingOrder service and or repair parts in a timely manner to ensure speed of serviceAdminister customer booking and job details in our bespoke management system from parts ordering to job completion and invoicingGathering information from customer calls and applying logic to assess the best course of action Keep customers informed and updated on the progress of their vehicle repairs, ensuring transparency and trustDevelop and maintain comprehensive product knowledgeProvide clarity of services and repairs based on Technician recommendations, especially whilst seeking approval to undertake service and or repairsSchedule vehicles for appointments in the workshop efficiently and accurately.Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records within our systems for effective service managementHandle all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and professional mannerLiaise with the network garage to progress work through the system.Let customers know of any faults or repairs found on their vehicle and provide them with clear and accurate solutionsTreat any dissatisfied customers with empathy and understanding, reassuring them that we can solve any issues should they ariseAdditional InformationWhat We’re Looking For:Think Impact: You will genuinely care about our members and their well-being, wanting to find the best options for themBack Each Other: Working as part of a team who support and mentor each other to ensure self-development and better customer outcomesPush For Better: You will view problems and objections as an opportunity to grow, with an ability to bounce back from setbacks to find the right solutionOwn It: Our industry evolves, and so should you.
