We’re Hiring: Sales Manager | Join the Team Behind Fire Safety Stick


Are you a motivated, strategic thinker with a strong background in sales leadership? Do you want to be part of a fast-growing, innovative UK company making waves in the fire safety sector?


We’re looking for a Sales Manager to help take Fire Safety Stick to the next level — developing new routes to market, growing our distributor network, and strengthening key customer relationships.


Location: Based just outside Luton – near M1 Junction 11A

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm


About the Role:


This is a hands-on, commercially focused position where you’ll take ownership of our sales strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving new business, increasing distributor and customer acquisition, and ensuring strong follow-through via key account management.


You will also lead initiatives to explore new sectors, support and energise our distributor partners, and help us strengthen the Fire Safety Stick brand.



Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and lead the overall sales strategy
* Identify and secure new distributors and customers
* Coordinate client demos, product trials and site visits
* Manage key accounts to increase value and engagement
* Guide and motivate the wider sales network
* Regularly report on KPIs, sales progress and strategic initiatives
* Actively test and refine new sales methods and outreach channels



What Success Looks Like:


* Increased number of new distributors and sector-specific clients
* Greater penetration into key sectors (construction, automotive, marine, etc.)
* Consistent, measurable growth in sales revenue
* Enhanced reputation and visibility of Fire Safety Stick within the UK and beyond

* Proven experience in a sales leadership role (ideally B2B/distributor-focused)
* A confident communicator with a strategic, proactive mindset
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines
* Hands-on, adaptable and driven by results
