Overview: We require resilient Support workers in our existing Ofsted registered Solo service in Southport, ideal candidates will work alongside our management team. Level 2 Diploma in Children's Residential desirable or working towards. We requirement an individual for full time hours, experience is desirable but not essential. We offer competitive rates of pay and pay asleep in duties at £60.00 per night, per shift. A driving licence is advantageous but not essential. Are you what we are looking for, apply today. Duties include: Taking point on shift and leading by example. Delegating duties fairly amongst staff. Training up new members of staff. Participating in on call rota and taking out of hours calls when required. Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date. Assisting with the support and ensuring the adults needs are always met. Assisting with supervisions and appraisals. Pay Structure: No experience and during probation - £12.75 per hour. After passed probation period - £13.00. Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Children`s Residential - £13.50. Level 4 Diploma in Children`s Residential - £14.00.
