About the role:
An exciting opportunity to develop your reward experience in a broad global role working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who has 1-2 years’ experience in a broad Reward role and is looking to take the next step in their Reward career. The role will predominantly support the Reward Team on the regular Reward activities as well as getting involved in global Reward projects.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage technical reward queries from employees, managers and People Team colleagues
2. Support the annual compensation review process and administration of the company’s share schemes
3. Lead the data preparation and analysis for the annual salary review process, compiling employee data, conducting impact assessments, and ensuring alignment with internal pay structures and budget
4. Conduct comprehensive Gender Pay Gap and Ethnicity pay analyses, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support workplace equity
5. Responsible for the data accuracy, preparation of reports, and maintaining process documentation, with heavy use of vlookups and Pivot Tables to ensure precision and efficiency in all Reward-related reporting
6. Support in the design and roll-out of flexible benefits
7. Complete transactional tasks and draft communication material relating to employee benefit and wellbeing plans
8. Produce reporting and analysis on an ad-hoc and cyclical basis
9. Enhance the team’s reputation as a centre of excellence and an authority on technical reward matters
Personal Qualities:
10. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to check and spot errors in their own work as well as the ability to peer review the work of others
11. Excellent organisational, prioritisation, analytical skills
12. Ability to multitask and produce work with a sense of urgency, working to timescales
13. Flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and willing to assume responsibility for a wide range of tasks and issues
14. Strong communicator able to work in a collaborative manner, quickly building relationships as required
15. Advanced Excel skills and desire to enhance analytical capabilities
16. Interested in the bigger picture and not just focus on the task at hand
Key Requirements:
17. Broad Reward based experience
18. Capability of, and interest in, data analysis and modelling (advanced Excel user)
19. Well-developed time management skills and the ability to multi task and produce work with a sense of urgency
20. Flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and willing to assume responsibility for a wide range of tasks and issues
