Work mainly with Python, GCP, Postgres, Pydantic, and LangChain, and dig a little bit into React, Vercel/Next.js. As a lead, share your expert knowledge with future team members. Join the founders on 1-4 client meetings per year and represent the start-up from the technical side. Your Profil: 5 years of full-time work experience within software engineering. 3 years of full-time work experience in API development. 3 years within the same employment with the same employer. Fluent in Python backend engineering. 2 years of experience deploying new features in a production environment. 1 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform or another cloud provider. 1 years of experience working with relational databases. Enthusiasm for developing a global AI HR tool within a startup environment. Strong motivation to share your knowledge with colleagues. Enjoy attending conferences and talking with client companies.
