Responsibilities
* Take the lead in growing a new specialty raw materials business unit with global potential.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
* Motivate and lead a sales team to achieve targets and grow the client base.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to support product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a strong track record in the specialty chemicals industry.
* Solid academic background in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
* Ability to create and implement strategic sales plans, identify new market opportunities, and drive business expansion.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
* Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe to engage with customers as needed.
