About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Global Sales Director - Assessment to lead global commercial performance across a high-impact, fast-growing portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role accountable for delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth across markets, segments, and routes to market. You will translate global growth ambitions into clear, executable sales plans, ensuring disciplined pipeline management, focused prioritisation, and consistent go-to-market execution worldwide. Working closely with regional sales leaders, branch MDs, and global stakeholders, you will drive clarity, pace, and accountability, ensuring effort is concentrated on the highest-value opportunities and that performance is predictable and scalable. You will also play a key role in strengthening our partner and distributor ecosystem, balancing growth with strong commercial discipline, brand integrity, and customer experience. From leading complex multi-market opportunities to improving sales performance through data and insight, you will bring both commercial sharpness and execution discipline. Success will be reflected in consistent revenue delivery, stronger pipeline quality, increased win rates, and a more effective, globally aligned sales approach. We operate a hybrid working policy with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Oxford office. About You You are a commercially driven, globally experienced sales leader, comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed environment. You will bring: Extensive experience in market development, distributor/channel models, and multi-market go-to-market execution. A strong track record of delivering sustained commercial growth in complex organisations. Deep expertise in enterprise sales, key account management, and long-term partnership development. Strong commercial acumen across forecasting, pricing, pipeline management, and governance. A data-driven approach, with high proficiency in CRM, forecasting models, and sales analytics. The ability to lead, align, and influence senior stakeholders across regions and functions. High executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation capability.
