Responsibilities / Progression
* First 30 days: Gain confidence by managing lessons with pre-prepared resources, following routines, and showing professionalism.
* By 60 days: You'll become known in local schools as a dependable Cover Supervisor who keeps classrooms on track and students engaged.
* By 90 days: You'll be firmly established in Andover as a go-to professional, requested back by schools for your consistency and positive approach.
