What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: 24 Hours Per Week + Bank Hours 0 Hour Contract - Shifts: 08:00 - 20:00
* Improving and maintaining the people we supports mental and physical well-being building self-image and self esteem.
* To aid the people we support to be as independent as possible and lead fulfilling lives in everyday activities such as personal care, behavioural support, health issues and leisure pursuits.
* Monitoring and assessing daily care needs.
* Medication administration record keeping.
* To assist in developing and implementing client-specific programs to help individuals build strong social skills and encourage independence whenever possible.

* Have a background of working within residential care and experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities.
