Primary Responsibilities:
* Technologies: experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
* Resolving Incidents: resolving technical problems escalated from 2nd line support.
* Project Rollouts: such as full 365 deployments.
* Maintain System Performance: perform regular updates, troubleshoot network issues, and apply patches.
* User Support: assist staff with hardware, software, or internet issues.
* Team Collaboration: support the wider 3rd line team and assist with larger technical problems or projects.
* Documentation: log issues, solutions, and system changes accurately.
