My client in Berkshire is looking to appoint a talented Housing Project Officer on a Contract basis.
Overview:
The role involves the day-to-day operation of the housing company's landlord functions, ensuring services are responsive to customer and community demands, delivering against measured outputs, and contributing to key strategic aims and priorities.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Conducting new tenant visits and tenancy sign-up
2. Tenancy verification and fraud prevention
3. Managing service charges
4. Maintaining relationships with freeholders and managing agents
5. Requesting responsive maintenance
6. Supporting asset compliance
7. Addressing anti-social behaviour
