3 months contract with local authority We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Advanced Practitioner to join our Mental Health Team. This role is crucial in providing expert support and leadership within the team, ensuring compliance with relevant mental health legislation and best practices. The position is initially for three months, with the possibility of extension up to six months. The role requires on-site presence at the civic center on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a valid driving license. Responsibilities: Conduct line management duties, including supervision, managing annual leave and sickness, and overseeing performance. Support with s117 aftercare and other duties in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Mental Health Act 1983/2007, Equality Act 2010, and other relevant legislation. Requirements Evidence of post-qualifying practice awards such as Practice Educator, Best Interest Assessor, Approved Mental Health Practitioner, or Certificate in Child Protection Studies. Availability to work on-site at the civic center on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Valid driving license. We operate on bi-weekly payment plan
