They're now seeking a BREEAM Consultant with a proven track record, who holds valuable knowledge to support the sustainability team. In this role the individual will be managing and leading the delivery of sustainable building services projects as well as delivering energy strategies for planning applications. The ideal candidate will hold experience within BREEAM Assessments and able to showcase their existing skillset and knowledge while assisting a group of passionate individuals to collectively achieve company goals. The Role:
* Delivery of Energy Strategies and Sustainability of Statements for Planning Applications
* To manage and lead the delivery of sustainable building services solutions on individual projects
* Keep up to date with current Legislation and Planning Policies

The Person:
* Knowledge of residential and non-residential energy modelling
* Experience in carrying out BREEAM Assessments
* Comfortable leading external workshops and design team meetings
* Educated to degree level within a Sustainable or similar discipline
