A '1st Line Support' analyst is required to join a leading UK professional services and technology-driven organisation, supporting a large internal user base across multiple offices. The company is known for its commitment to service excellence, operational reliability, and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to end-users, acting as the initial point of contact for hardware, software, and system-related queries. This includes diagnosing and resolving common technical issues efficiently. You will accurately log, track, and update support tickets within the ticketing system.
Required Skills:
* Previous experience in service desk, or IT help desk environment.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
* Experience using ticketing systems and remote support tools.
