As Transport Coordinator you will have the following responsibilities:
* Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks.
* Adjust plans to handle additional requests efficiently.
* Monitor staff performance and maintain standards.
* Ensure all activities follow safety and company policies.
* Schedule vehicle servicing and inspections.
* Manage absences and handle breakdowns.
* Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Prepare regular reports for management.
* Manage customer expectations effectively and professionally
