Contracts / Operations Manager / Director (Residential)
📍 City of London | Immediate Start | Flexible Engagement (FTC, Day Rate, Temp-to-Perm) - Up to £130,000 / £550 - £700 per day
The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking main contractor making serious waves in the residential sector. Despite being a relatively new player, they’ve already secured 80% of their 2026 turnover and are on a clear trajectory toward £50m by 2028. This is a business with real momentum, ambition, and a strong pipeline of meaningful work.
Based in the City of London, this role offers the chance to be at the centre of a scaling business delivering impactful residential schemes across the region.
Their expertise spans mixed-tenure housing developments, multi-sector residential delivery, and critical building safety remediation projects—including assessment, recladding, and internal refurbishment.
The Role
Due to continued growth and a major client commitment, they are seeking a Contracts / Operations Manager or Director-level professional to lead the delivery of 6 PCSAs for a key Housing Association client.
You’ll work closely with a Design Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering these schemes from the ground up.
Upon successful completion of the PCSAs, there is a clear opportunity to take these projects through into full delivery, offering continuity and long-term involvement.

* Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
