Job Overview
* Lead and deliver structural engineering projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors
* Manage design, documentation, and project delivery to ensure compliance, quality, and deadlines are achieved
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and client satisfaction
* Provide technical leadership and input on complex design matters
* Review and sign off the work of engineers and technicians, ensuring technical accuracy and quality
* Build and maintain new and existing client relationships to support business growth
* Mentor and support junior engineers through Chartership and technical development
Job Requirements
* Chartered Engineer status (CEng MICE or MIStructE)
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in structural design and project delivery
* Strong background working within a consultancy environment
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Proficient in software such as Tekla and Tedds, with familiarity in Revit/BIM processes
* Strong understanding of Eurocodes, British Standards, and Building Regulations
* Experience working with BIM methodologies
