Up to £24,358.47 per annum + 30% night shift increment

As a Process Technician at our Tiverton HSSU Hub, you’ll bring a basic standard of general education with proven literacy and numeracy skills.
You’re organised with good communication skills – and ideally, you’re able to show evidence of sterile services training, however full training will be given to the right candidate!
Providing a support service to our hospital theatres is an extremely vital part of the process which can be rewarding and satisfying at the same time
As a Process Technician, you will:
1. Process Medical instruments for surgical operations
2. Learn the importance of sterile instruments from start to finish
3. Help to ensure all instruments are in good working order and learn all their names and uses
4. Regularly check medical equipment for damage and report any faults
5. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
6. Take action to resolve any problems
7. Escalate issues where necessary
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with our policies and procedures
9. Work with a highly skilled team
10. Night shift automatically paid a 30% enhancement to salary
11. Monday to Friday 10pm to 6am
12. Full training given
13. Basic computer skills are vital to the role
