Job Title: Marketing Campaign Manager
Location: PO19 (Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week office-based)
Salary: £38k to £45k
Reporting to: Head of Department
Working Closely With: Digital Marketing Manager & Business Development Team
Overview:
The Company are seeking a proactive and results-focused Marketing Campaign Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for the strategic planning, creative development, implementation and execution, and post-campaign measurement of multi-channel B2B campaigns to build brand awareness, nurture engagement, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Campaign Manager:
* Plan, develop, and implement integrated marketing campaigns targeting the Company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) from our prospect database.
* Build and manage a full-scale outbound email nurture journey tailored to each service line and audience segment.
* Work hand-in-hand with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure timely campaign activation and the Business Development Executive to ensure quality handover of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for follow-up and conversion into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
* Work with Events Manager to drive awareness and engagement of Company events, roundtable meetings, and podcasts.
* Lead the Company’s demand generation advertising strategy, deploying targeted LinkedIn and other platform campaigns to drive awareness and early-stage engagement within our ICP.
* Execute campaigns using the Company’s core platforms:
* Touchdown (Marketing Automation)
* Dynamics (CRM)
* WordPress (Website)
* LinkedIn (Social Media)
* Coordinate external partners, including creative, communications and digital agency for content creation and website optimisation.
* Support and promote Company events including conferences, forums webinars, breakfast briefings, and roundtables.
Skills & Experience for the Campaign Marketing Manager:
* Proven experience managing B2B marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
* Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and social media advertising (preferably LinkedIn Ads).
* Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and outbound email marketing, including end-to-end email nurture campaigns.
* Data-driven with a clear focus on tracking, analysing, and improving campaign performance.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
