An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Accountant to join our team at Ford Bromley & Ford Orpington.
This is a Full-Time, permanent role where we are offering a basic salary up to £30,000 depending on experience.
You will work alongside the Dealership Accountants in the production of Management Accounts and statistical data to support the management team, and as an aid to both dealership and business decisions.
Alongside day-to-day accounts you will also complete or assist with the following tasks:
* Assist with the production of the Management Accounts
* Payroll
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Accruals and Prepayments
* Weekly Cashflow
* Reconciling Manufacturer Bonuses
* Fixed Asset Processing
* Monthly Vehicle Stock Checks
* Ad hoc Accounts Reporting
The ideal candidate will have experience as an Accounts Assistant who is looking to take the next step in their career. Ideally with experience in the motor trade and with kerridge experience. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with all financial and non-financial colleagues and customers.
We Are Looking For The Following Attributes
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Knowledge of Excel and Kerridge (Rev8 ideally)
* Good organisational Skills
* Excellent communication skills
As this role is shared between two dealership locations, your working week will be evenly divided across both sites.
