About the role
A hands-on role for someone eager to start or progress a career in fashion. Oct–Jan, you'll run our upstairs fulfilment during peak times (Black Friday/Cyber Monday & Christmas). From February, warehouse workload averages 4–5 hours/day; the remaining time is ring-fenced for fashion operations—shadowing the owners and contributing to studio/brand projects within your chosen path.
Ideal for an ambitious creative or operator who's happy to begin in fulfilment and grow with us.
What you'll do (Oct–Jan focus)
You'll own the space; during October–December, a temporary seasonal worker will assist you in handling peak volumes.
* Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time
* Receive deliveries, update stock/bin locations
* Keep the warehouse tidy, labelled and efficient
* Prep for launches
* Manage returns end-to-end: complete and process returns correctly, follow procedures and maintain quality standards
* Hit daily courier cut-offs and peak targets
From February (fashion ops time)
* Dedicated weekly hours to develop your chosen path within fashion operations (e.g. design, content, community or operations)
* Shadow the owners and contribute to studio/brand projects
* Grow responsibility based on output and initiative
About you
* Serious about a long-term career in fashion
* Organised, reliable, comfortable working solo
* Detail-driven; take pride in tidy systems and neat parcels
* Able to lift up to ~20 kg and be on your feet
* Portfolio/links welcome but not required
Hours & location
Mon–Fri, on-site in Reading. Potential overtime during busy periods.
Progression (6–12 months, based on output)
Potential to grow into: Junior Designer / Content Creator / Community & CX Associate / Operations & Inventory Associate.
