The Finance Business Partner - Assistant Manager, based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working, plays a vital role in supporting financial literacy and discipline within the client-facing teams. Responsibilities include driving core business processes, designing and monitoring KPIs, and interacting regularly with the business through reporting and analysis. The team promotes a 'comply or explain' approach across all levels.
We support flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job shares, to help balance work and life commitments.
Role Responsibilities
* Annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
* Standard costing updates
* Finance and business reporting
* Periodic WIP valuation
* Maintaining key processes and data
Minimum Requirements
We seek a newly or part-qualified accountant (ACA or CIMA preferred) with experience in finance analysis or management accounts. Good IT and communication skills are essential. Preferred skills include experience in professional services or complex matrix organizations, strong Excel skills, organizational ability, coaching skills, and experience with budgets and forecasts.
