Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time teaching assistant to work 37 hours per week during term-time only. We offer comprehensive training, fully paid induction, and ongoing CPD opportunities. Minimum Requirements
* Relevant teaching assistant qualifications
* Ability to provide intimate care
* Experience or knowledge of autism-friendly practices
Responsibilities
* Support pupils' access to learning using individualized approaches
* Assist in planning and implementing programmes of work
* Attend meetings, contribute to reports, and liaise with families and external agencies
* Support pupils' self-care, hygiene, and behaviour management
* Maintain a safe and conducive physical environment
* Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety policies
