We are seeking an outstanding individual who is enthusiastic, dynamic, and inspirational to join our Inclusion team as a Teaching Assistant. The role involves working closely with our Inclusion team to develop and inspire students' learning and life skills.
The successful candidate will support student provision and enhance students' ability to access all areas of the curriculum and school life. Responsibilities include:
* Managing a caseload of students inside and outside the classroom during structured and unstructured times.
* Delivering intervention programs to individuals and small groups, focusing on emotional literacy and social skills.
* Tracking and monitoring student targets and EHCP outcomes, discussing progress with parents, and setting new targets.
* Assessing student needs and supporting their educational progress and transition to adulthood.
The role offers support and professional development through the Outwood Institute of Education.
Requirements: English and Maths Grade C/4 or above GCSE or equivalent.
We are an IQM Centre of Excellence and have been awarded the Gold Status by the Carnegie Centre of Excellence for Mental Health.
