Welder / Fabricator Required!
(MIG / TIG)
BE Recruitment are recruiting A Welder / Fabricator / for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7).
Preferably experience in MIG, TIG, Stainless & Aluminium.
Working Hours:
* AM & PM Shift Available
* PM:
o Monday - Wednesday: 14:00 - 00:00
o Thursday: 14:00 - 23:30
o Friday: Off
* AM:
o Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00
* Overtime @ 1.5x Pay.
Pay: £14.50 - £17 per hour. (Dependant on skill level)
Temp to Perm!

Minimum Skills / Experience Required:
* Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Experienced in MIG / TIG welding.
* Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish.
* Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment.
* Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
* Positive can-do attitude.
