Are you a proactive, highly organised professional with a passion for supporting senior leadership? My client is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Chairman & CEO to join their dynamic Head Office team.
Your new role
To provide high-quality, proactive and effective organisational, administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman & CEO. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be the right hand to the Chairman & CEO, ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also play a key part in the smooth operation of our head office, taking ownership of a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks.
1. Managing a busy and ever-changing diary, including travel, amodation, and meetings
2. Preparing meeting materials and ensuring the Chairman is fully briefed
3. Screening and prioritising calls, emails, and correspondence
4. Organising regular meetings and maintaining filing systems
5. Creating high-quality documents, presentations, and correspondence
6. Invoicing clients and tracking payments
7. Coordinating monthly meetings and guest speakers for events
8. Acting as the first point of contact
9. Arranging personal travel
Skills and experience required
10. A self-starter who thrives on organisation and can manage their own workload
11. Someone who can anticipate needs and stay one step ahead
12. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
13. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written work
14. Experience in a similar PA or EA role is highly desirable - 2 years plus
