Responsibilities
* Assist pharmacists in dispensing medicines, ensuring patient transactions are accurate and efficient.
* Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory levels.
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, aiming to maximize patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to support the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient systems for medicine optimization, repeat prescribing, and reducing medicine waste.
* Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and laws.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working as a Pharmacy Technician is essential.
* Proficiency in medication administration procedures.
* Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and practices.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Pharmacy Technician certification is essential.
