Arecibo are pleased to be working in partnership with our client, a luxury 4 and 5 star hotel group boasting a portfolio of prestigious properties. We are currently supporting them in the recruitment of two Cashiers (Cash/Banking Assistants) to join their busy finance team.
The Role
As a Cashier, youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the groups financial operations. This is a varied position where accuracy, organisation, and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly banking processes
Allocate payments accurately and promptly
Complete bank reconciliations across a portfolio of accounts
Process payments through various banking portals
Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting
Handle direct debit collections
Report and monitor outstanding transactions
Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
Undertake ad hoc finance and administrative duties as required
About You

Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Confident working autonomously and collaboratively
High attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical and solution-focused mindset
Desirable:
Experience using Sage Intacct (or similar accounting software)
