Our client, a leading corporate events agency based in Surrey (Boarder of Berkshire), are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Events Delegate Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of global corporate events by managing the delegate experience from registration to post-event follow up. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF SENIOR EVENTS DELEGATE MANAGER: • Oversee the end-to-end delegate management process for corporate events, including registration, accommodation, travel, and on-site coordination. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their specific needs and expectations are met. • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, event materials, and communication strategies. • Implement and utilise delegate management software/tools for efficient registration and tracking. • Manage the assistant delegate manager and, together, ensure that relevant team members are sufficiently able to use the delegate management systems. • Analyse and report on delegate data to enhance future event planning and execution. • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the delegate experience. REQUIREMENTS OF OF SENIOR EVENTS DELEGATE MANAGER: • Proven experience in corporate event delegate management. • Strong organisational and project management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficient in delegate management apps – ideally Dataflow and CrowdComms • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team. EXPERIENCE: • Minimum three years’ experience of delegate management. • Overseas experience desired but not essential
