Key responsibilities include developing and implementing tailored account development plans, supporting customer retail strategies, introducing new products and services, identifying and converting new business leads into profitable accounts, managing promotional activity, ensuring successful project delivery, handling negotiations related to rebates, pricing, and marketing support, owning the resolution of customer issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
