Salary: £22,000 - £26,000
OTE: £40,000 - £44,000
Hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm Monday to Friday
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria

Due to rapid growth, the Gemini sales division of Global 4 Group seeks an enthusiastic and proactive Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to clients, penetrate accounts for renewals, cross-sell our full suite of products including IT support, Mobiles, Energy, Security services, and support customers’ key business services housed under one Gemini roof.
Responsibilities include:
1. Grow and develop existing customer accounts through daily calls, virtual & on-site health checks.
2. Cross-sell and introduce additional services and new platforms via our multi-service discount proposals.
3. Build strong relationships to retain customers.
4. Act as a point of contact for account queries with support from our teams.
5. Update customer and service info in our CRM to track opportunities.
6. Manage opportunity pipeline and keep customers informed about installations/projects.
Required skills & experience:
* Proven experience in solution sales.
* Experience managing and retaining accounts while increasing profitability through cross-selling.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic, and proactive.
* Experience exceeding targets and confident in client interactions.
* Financially driven and target-oriented.
