📅Shift pattern: working 5 days a week, between Monday - Sunday, a 7.5 hour shift between 08:00 - 20:00
💸Salary: £28000 per annum
📍Location: Hybrid - Norwich

👇ABOUT YOU
You bring proven experience in managing teams within customer service or operational environments, ideally in a contact centre and preferably within telecare, healthcare, or technology-led services. Confident in leading day-to-day operations, you use your leadership skills to motivate teams, improve performance, and meet business goals.
You have solid Microsoft Office skills, with enhanced proficiency seen as a plus. Familiarity with telecare platforms or digital health technologies is beneficial, as is an understanding of how to identify sales opportunities and boost customer retention in service-based industries.
Experience with the Genesys platform—particularly in configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting—is highly desirable. You are customer-focused, solution-driven, and an effective communicator across all levels.
With strong analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement, you understand key regulations such as GDPR and healthcare compliance, ensuring high standards in service delivery.

The Team Manager will oversee a dynamic team responsible for delivering high-quality telecare services to our clients, and sales into the business.
You will ensure the smooth operation of the team, monitor performance, and maintain the high standards expected in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
This role involves both leadership and hands-on management to ensure our services run effectively and that our clients receive outstanding care and support
