Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails related to payments and account queries.
* Offer practical, non-judgmental solutions for customers with missed payments.
* Clearly explain payment options and responsibilities.
* Identify vulnerable customers and escalate appropriately.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
* Be a positive team player and contribute to a great customer experience.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
* Bonus: Up to 10% annual performance-based bonus
* Pension: 6% employer pension contribution (matched)

About You
What You Bring
* Previous experience in customer service, call centres, or collections preferred.
* Strong communication and listening skills.

* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
* German language skills are a bonus, not a must.
* Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new tools.
