We now have an exciting opportunity for a Weddings & Events Executive to join our hotel.
As an Weddings & Events Executive, you will be required tomaster the art of versatilityandinject some energywhilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:
* Take a proactive and consultative sales approach, adapting wedding and event solutions to meet each client’s needs, vision, and budget in line with business strategy.
* Manage all wedding and events enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner.
* Act as the main point of contact for prospective and confirmed wedding and events clients, providing clear, consistent, and high-quality communication throughout the sales and planning process.
* Accurately identify client requirements and produce well-presented, bespoke wedding and event proposals in line with brand standards and presentation guidelines.
* Identify and pass on any additional sales leads or opportunities to the Sales Team where appropriate.
* Ensure all enquiries, client details, and event information are recorded accurately in the system, following data input guidelines and maintaining up-to-date client files.
* Maintain detailed records of current and past clients and communicate any relevant updates or changes to the appropriate departments.
* Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, wedding planners, agencies, and direct bookers to maximise use of the venue’s wedding and event facilities.
* Conduct professional show rounds for prospective clients, confidently presenting the venue and tailoring the experience to each client’s needs to support conversion to booking.
* Ensure all weddings and events are planned and delivered in line with client expectations, brand standards, and agreed budgets, always seeking opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
* Support the management and coordination of corporate, social, and private event bookings as required.
