Primary Supply Teachers – Flexible Roles Available
Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re looking for skilled and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our supply team across Crawley and surrounding areas. Every day offers something new: different classrooms, new faces, and fresh opportunities to make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Creating warm, supportive, and inclusive learning environments
* Adapting quickly to different schools, routines, and class needs
* Supporting children’s progress academically, socially, and emotionally
* Managing the classroom effectively and maintaining high expectations
* Working collaboratively with school staff and following school procedures
What We’re Looking For
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in primary schools (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
* Strong classroom management and behaviour skills
* Adaptable, positive, and able to hit the ground running
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Confidence in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons as required
