This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a core team shaping a new department with long-term career prospects. Location: Telford (with potential for flexible/remote working) Position: Full-time. Salary: £17,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities: Web Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of websites, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing. Design Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to implement creative ideas and ensure the visual integrity of web projects. E-Commerce Solutions: Support the development and integration of e-commerce platforms, enhancing user experience and functionality. SEO Implementation: Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. Content Management: Manage and update website content using various CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Technical Support: Provide technical support for web-related issues, troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions. What we are looking for: Desired skills / qualities: A keen eye for design, contributing creative ideas to web projects. Analytical and process-oriented thinker. Basic understanding of coding principles. Proactive and resourceful, able to research and solve problems independently. Aware of current digital trends and user preferences. Strong IT skills – self-described 'techies', gamers, and geeks are welcomed!
